At Maika‘i Loa, each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit for items that arrive damaged or if there is an issue with your order.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used products.
